This is one of our more recent services that entails home delivery of books to senior and disabled citizens with home address within the city of Rijeka, who, due to their limited or non-existent mobility, can't visit the Library premises themselves. This is one of our services with the aim to practice one of the core principles and the duty of public libraries: making sure all citizens have the equal opportunity and access to what library has to offer.
